Stone-ground Cornmeal from Cotton Hills Farm

Southern Fields white cornmeal is grown and ground by Cotton Hills Farm in Lowrys, SC.  Their corn is grown from seed that has been handed down in the family of Carol Burris Wilson for over 100 years.  The corn is not genetically engineered.  It is ground on a 1905 stone mill which permits them to leave the “germ” or heart of the corn – thus giving you all the vitamins, nutrients, and flavor possible.  The grits are immediately hand packed to ensure freshness.  The Wilson family is proud of this product and wants you to enjoy this old southern favorite.
