We are taking some pigs to the processor on Oct. 26th and again in about a month. We are running a limited special on half and whole pigs. If you purchase a half then you pay $3.50 per pound on the hanging weight instead of the usual $4.25 per pound. If you purchase a whole you pay $3.25 per pound on the hanging weight instead of the usual $3.99 per pound. Average hanging weight for a whole pig is 230 lbs.
If you are interested in purchasing a half or whole please mail a deposit to 713 Colony Road Chester SC 29706. It is a $100 deposit for a half and a $200 deposit for a whole. You can make checks payable to Watson Farms. We do not take any payments over the phone. We fill the half or whole orders on a first come first serve basis.
When you send a deposit please also email [email protected] to let her know and to start working on cutting instructions. We have to have all cutting instructions by Saturday Oct. 24th for the Oct 26th processing date.
Now is a good time to stock up your freezer.
