We offer a Family Package which includes all our major beef cuts and is equivalent to approximately 1/8th of a steer. The total weight will be around 45 pounds of packaged beef. We will figure the cost from our retail prices and subtract $20, which should put the price of the package around $400-$450. Follow this link to order this package.
The Family Package will include the following:
- 1-2 Packs of Rib Eyes
- 1-2 Packs of NY Strip
- 2 Packs of Tenderloin/Filet
- 2 Packs of Sirloin Steak
- 0-1 Eye of Round Roast
- 1 London Broil
- 1 Chuck Roast
- 1 Sirloin Tip Roast
- 1 Bottom Round Roast
- 1-2 Packs of Ribs
- 3 Packs of Cubed Steak
- 4 Packs of Stew Meat
- 15 Packs of Ground Beef
Note: Because we calculate your total according to the weights of the actual cuts you receive, you will only be charged for what you actually receive. This allows for slight variances in the weights of the cuts and the Packages themselves. Some Family Packages will not include Eye of Round because there are only 4 per steer.
Note: If you receive 1 pack of Rib Eye, then you will receive 2 packs of NY Strip and vice versa so that you will receive at least 3 packs between NY Strip and Rib Eye.
